Valerie's room

Hi my name is Valerie and we will be renting a couple rooms in my Mother-in-laws home. Her home has a separate apartment that she lives in and is attached to the main home. The rooms for rent will have its own entrance. Kitchen and laundry will be shared with owner. Living room and dining room will be shared between roommates. The bathroom will be shared between the two roommates. This room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your need. There is 1 dog in the home. Location is very close to Cheddars, Home Depot, Publix, less than a mile to Walmart, etc.

This home is occupied by my Mother-in-law that lives in her own apartment attached to the main home. She will share the kitchen and laundry. One of the rooms has its own private bathroom. The other two roommates would share a bathroom.
