Looking for a roommate for my cozy 2 bed/2 bath apartment (mother-in-law), in North Central Austin. Located near MoPac/183, 10-15 minutes from downtown.

MOVE IN: April 1st, or let’s discuss what works. IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment is upstairs and isn’t wheelchair accessible. Rent is $1000/month, which covers rent, utilities, renters insurance, and household supplies. The room is big enough for a desk, a queen bed, a dresser and chair, plus a walk-in closet. The bathroom is full size (bigger than mine, lol).

My home has a super chill, clean and cozy vibe, and I want to keep it that way. I welcome all, but prioritize POC, LGBTQIA++, disabled, and military folks. My house is 420 friendly, but you have to do your thing outside. The best people to live in my house are older, grad students, and all partied-out. You can have one pet if it’s under 25 lbs and gets along with other dogs. Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

ME: INTP-A, QPOC femme (SHE/THEY), professional, WFH, over 35 (😉), dog-mom of a 17 lb super social, barky and people friendly 2-year old chiweenie named Kori. The occasional friend gathering or guest visit.

YOU: Someone who pays their bills by the 3td of the month. Semi-social, quiet, and clean. Mature and ageless.
