Big, cozy house in Greenbelt Heights Long Beach on a quiet street. Neighbors are friendly, they always walk their dogs. Laundry unit in the back, quarter-operated. Water and trash is covered by landlord, electricity is split with other housemates (2). Lease is month-to-month. Landlord is always helpful, we usually send him a text if we need something fixed and someone usually comes over same day or next day to fix whatever needs fixing.

Five minutes to traffic circle, less than 10min to CSULB with traffic lights, and pretty close to Wilson High.

**Your own room is spacious enough to accommodate 2 people if you want to have someone split the room with you. Closet is big as well. **

Living room is huge if you want to have a few guests over. You will share a bathroom with one other housemate, they’re really clean as well. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc are all shared, but you will have a big kitchen cabinet to store your personal items if you want as well as your own shelf and drawer in the fridge.

Landlord does NOT allow any dogs or cats, sorry!

There are a total of 2 other housemates, one in the master room, and one in the smallest room (you will be sharing a bathroom with this person). Everyone has their own schedules so you’ll hardly see them throughout the day, it’ll be super quiet in the house for the most part.
