About the room
Nice 4 bedroom 2 bath house. In a nice quiet and safe area in the Southwest of Bakersfield. 2 Private rooms available. With a shared bathroom. Offsite parking. Month to month rental. Smoking outside, overnight guest only 2 days a week, after I will start charging rent, no drama, no pets. I have a game room with pool table, PacMan machine and popcorn machine.
