The house is 5 minutes from the Tyler mall and 91 and 10 minutes from downtown riverside. Rent is 800 and that’s with all utilities included and security deposit is 200.

I don’t mind if someone has friends over as long as a heads up is given just as I would do the same for you. I work in LA so I’m usually out the door by 830am and I’m not home until 730pm. That being said I’m pretty quiet weekdays and you’ll pretty much have the entire house to yourself.
