About the room
Hi all! I’m looking for someone to sublease my room (F, preferably low-mid 20’s) starting in March for my 2bed/2bath apt SW of the capitol building. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and a walk-in closet. You would share the kitchen/living room (furnished already with 2 couches, TV, and a coffee table/rug). Rent is around $1300 per person including water, sewer, and heated underground parking, but not including electric/wifi. Rent is also negotiable! Amenities include a dishwasher, garbage disposal, balcony, storage, apartment gym, and an in-house washer/dryer. Bedroom furniture can be provided at an additional, negotiable cost. Cats are welcome :)
About the roomies
From your future roommate - I currently work at Epic but am happy rooming with anyone around my age (22). I love meeting new people, exploring outdoors, traveling, reading, and grabbing food. I’m also a bit of a cleaner person when it comes to shared spaces. If you’re interested please reach out 🥳
