This house was built in 2020 and is a 2 story 2800+ square ft with 3 car garage. It is located in Culebra Rd (continue west is State Hwy 211 and east is 1604). This house has a 4 bedroom with 3 bath. The house uses At&t Fiber Optics, so, internet speed is not a problem. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Move in date is available now. If you’re a clean freak, organized, respectful and kind to others, then this house is 4 you!!!

What is for lease: Water, Electric, Gas, and High Speed Wi-Fi included 1 bedroom with its own full private bathroom. The bathroom is located just a feet away from your front bedroom door. Parking can either be on the driveway or Off-street parking which is the curb next to the house. Shared areas includes kitchen, laundry room, parking area, backyard patio, living room upstairs and downstairs, and the hallways. IE. Laundry room has washer and dryer no need to bring your own. Bring your own refrigerator, recommended small size. The kitchen areas has 3 assigned cabinet areas for each individual roommate’s kitchenware storage space meaning section 1 will be for roommate #1, section 2 will be for roommate #2, etc. No pets, no candles, no open flames, no smoking, no vaping, no parties of any kind First month rent and deposit are due at signing lease (lease = 1, 3, or 6 months) can break lease for a fee.

Background check, credit check, rental history, are not required to save you the hassle and money but my personal screening is required which is conducted after physical meeting (face to face). Photo ID is required.

Current residents are myself and my wife and clean elder white female roommate . No pets and children. We are all friendly and get along well with one another and would like the next roommate to do the same.
