It’s a three bedroom house. I occupy the two smaller bed rooms. One I use a my office. Fresh paint inside and out, polished concrete floors, quartz countertops, new A/C, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, backsplash in kitchen/bathroom, baseboards, and doors. Spacious closets in each bedroom. Back patio/deck, fenced in yard. Washer and dryer.

Animals are not allowed per landlords request.

I am a designer. I work from home 3 days a week. House is usually quiet during the week. I hang out with friends and BBQ in the backyard on the weekends. Seeking a roommate with daytime working hours 9Am-5Pm.
