This location is right near the back bay trails, full and lush with lots of trees and greenery and is tucked away from the fast paced orange county life and is very beautiful. 5 minutes from Fashion Island, 10 minutes from South Coast, 5 minutes from the 405 and the 73 HWY, 10 minutes from ocean. I am a single female woman in my late- 40’s, I like to keep busy and have a healthy lifestyle, These are some of the qualities I am looking for in a roommate. You pay rent on time, you are clean in common areas, you are quiet during sleeping hours, non smoker, no alcohol in apt, someone who is friendly and works full time. I want to keep this a peaceful environment. Amenities: Laundry on site super close to apt. unit, 2 Salt Pools and jacuzzi, Air conditioned clean gym. Onsite parking is first-come, first served or there is always available parking on street. $1050.00 PER MONTH - Due on the 1st of every month. Includes gas, electric, the internet, and basic TV.
