I have a room opening up in a 2bed/1.5bath (we’ll only share a shower) in Inman Park. In a nice, fairly quiet spot a few blocks from Little Five. Convenient to two Marta buses (102, 816) and about a fifteen minute walk to the train station. Also about ten minutes to the beltline and Ponce. It’s the larger room in the place with two big windows that bring in a lot of sunlight.

I’m just a chill guy who’s mostly clean and looking for the same. I work overnight so mainly looking for someone who’s out of the house or fairly quiet during the day. Only Mon-Thurs though. I do smoke (outside on the porch) and drink, like to go out sometimes and often stay up late. I’m down to be friends and enjoy each others company particularly because I spend most of my time home in the common area rather than my bedroom. Of course, there’s no pressure there. Pets are allowed by the lease, but we’ll have to discuss it. Recent bad experience, and I keep plants around the house.
