I live in a 3 bdr, 2.5 bath, 1,488 s.f. single family home. I’m looking for only one person to share my house including kitchen and large living room. Your private space would include one bedroom, one office, and one full bath. Rooms are well lit with new windows, new faux wood flooring, and fresh paint. Includes all utilities (Google Fiber WIFI, electricity, central heat/air conditioning, etc.) and access to washer/dryer. Quiet, tree-shaded residential neighborhood is walking distance to Longview park and Metro bus stop. Near Evangeline’s Cafe, HEB, Sunset Valley shopping and MOPAC exit.

I’m a friendly, easy-going, 58 year old woman and I live alone in my house. Some days I go to work at my government job and other days I work from home. I have no pets except one sweet cat who is shy. I’m civic-minded, non-religious, and eco-friendly. I’m ok with cannabis but not tobacco or hard drugs. Although I’m socially active I only occasionally have visitors at home and don’t have overnight guests. I like to travel when I can and visit my boyfriend so I’m usually not home on weekends.
