Your own room in Japantown, we will share the kitchen and living room, there’s a bathroom right across the bedroom. The apartment has an in-unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, and patio. The room has two beautiful windows and a sliding door closet. In the living we have an amazing couch that fits about six people, and I think it’s made with melatonin. Apart from rent, we will split the electricity bill and I will pay for water. You will need a background check and references. Also please expect a credit check with the building manager. Hi! My little sister is moving out with her boyfriend and will be out by April 1st. Move in will be April 1st, rent is due the 1st of every month. It’ll be just you and me in the apartment! I’m 26 and love watching new shows and movies! I’m an Assistant Manager for a luxury eyewear brand. The apartment is available for one year. I would definitely love to eventually become friends with my roommate but I totally understand if you prefer to keep to yourself, I’m very introverted too.
