Kat's room

This is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house. 2 rooms upstairs are occupied by my son and myself. I do have a 2 year old pup. Rent is $1550. We would be splitting rent, deposit and all utilities. There are 2 rooms downstairs. The master has it’s own full bathroom and the second room is connected to the laundry room. We use the room a spare for overnight guests. Very clean and no drama. I am not the homeowner or the property manager. The property manager will do an application $50 fee for background check and credit.

I am 41, my son is 13. We love a clean house and neat yard. We have a 2 year old female pup who is still kinda hyper sometimes. We are respectful of others and expect the same in return.
