You will have a 12’ by 8.5’ room. The room has a walk-in closet that is about 5’ by 4. There is a bathroom that would be for you and possibly any guests that visit, but primarily you. This apartment is a 2-3 min walk from WSU Tri-Cities and PNNL. The apartment complex allows 1 cat on a case-by-case basis. The whole unit is a 2bed 2ba 950 square feet, and is fairly spacious. No in-unit W/D however there are W/D on the premises.

I am the only other roommate you will have to deal with. I have a neutered male cat that is about 7 years old. Im gone most of the day at work or school. I am 26, an electrical engineer, and still working on my bachelors degree at WSU. I’m an engineer both in trade and in hobby. I am usually working, at school, studying, playing video games, or making something. I am fairly clean and pretty happy-go-lucky. I will likely be in my room most of the time though. I don’t move into the Unit till 3/18 for fair warning.
