The potential roomie will have their own bathroom as well as access to the living/dining room, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, washer & dryer, and balcony. The community has a pool that is open during the summer so pool passes will be available once the season starts. All utilities are included as well as access to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime.

My fiancé and I are looking to rent out our spare bedroom in our condo. It is just him, our small dog Levi, and I living here. I am a preschool teacher and he is an entrepreneur. We are very private people and stay to ourselves. When we are not working, we are having movie nights or spending time with family.
