Private room in a 2 bedroom/1 bath house in El Cerrito/College Area to sublease. Landlord approved short term sublease from now until June 30, 2023.

Rent is $1200 a month + 1/2 utilities (~$120). Deposit is $1200. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. The house has a small patio that is shared with the long time back-house tenant. The house has an in unit washer/dryer. Close to SDSU (1 mile) and groceries stores around the corner (Vons, Ralphs, Trader Joes, etc) and lots of restaurants near by!

The ideal housemate would be one that is tidy, responsible, and cleans up after themselves. This would be a great spot for you if you are a graduate student or currently working in the area. Looking for someone that really embodies a sense of community and not afraid to be social from time to time. Prefer someone 24+ (no offense youngins). Sorry, no couples or dogs at the time.

I’m 28 and just graduated from vet school in Pomona. I’m in San Diego for an internship at a VCA hospital in the area. On my time off I like to hike, cook, go out to eat/drink, host friends for game night, and cuddle with my cat while catching up on our favorite shows.
