Room/house description: Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. The condo is a very clean, safe, inviting, respectful and comfortable environment. The large bedroom with attached bathroom is located on the first floor of the condo. Additionally, the room has a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, sink, and has counter space and cabinets for kitchen supply storage. Laundry room is also located on the first floor (same floor as room). Car parking will be outside complex parking.

I am a middle aged female working professional . I am respectful, clean and quiet. Looking for a professional working WOMAN. ONLY renting to a single person; no children, no couples, or pets. Tenant must be respectful, responsible and VERY clean! No overnight guests. No parties. No drugs or weapons, these are prohibited in the house.
