Edinburgh Drive

You will have your own room in a 3 bedroom duplex. All common area access. Room in the garage or driveway for your vehicle. Room is unfurnished. All bills included. Washer and dryer access. Internet is not included but available if wanting to split the bill. I work from home so I have the fastest available. It’s pricey though, and the other tenant prefers to use his Hotspot. Oh, umm 420 friendly preferred. We ain’t prudish over here and prefer a roomie that is at least tolerant of the occasional skunk in the closet. Also have to be animal friendly. I have a very affectionate lil boston named Shadow who will on occasion make you rub his tummy. Just another cost of living in Casa Del Shadow.

Both of us work! And would like to share our domain with someone who has a similar duty. Don’t care how you make your income, just make sure rent be paid!! Lol we all really chill over here, but are similarily responsible and pick up after ourselves. While we also are very generous and understanding, we expect that our roomie respect one another’s boundaries and personal belongings. Anybody who can respect those pretty reasonable wishes wouldo make a fine roomie.
