About the room
One room for rent in a cozy 3 bed 2 bath house in Midtown Bend. The house is in walking distance to Pilot Butte, Midtown Yacht Club, and several restaurants. It is in a great neighborhood. You would share a bathroom with a female roommate who keeps the space clean and hopes you will too!
About the roomies
Both roommates are friendly, mid-20s to early 30s working professionals (one guy, one gal). Our other roommate is sad to be leaving the house, but excited for someone else to enjoy its sunny back yard and great location! We like to cook and have the occasional potluck with friends, especially during the summer!
Move in is as soon as March 19th and the lease would end August 31st.
Room is unfurnished.
*Please no pets and no smoking.
There is a very friendly, chill cat that will be living in the house. His name is the Doctor and he likes belly rubs.
