Skyline Village Loop South

We are a married couple looking to rent out a room in our home. This room will have a bathroom that is decorated as a guest bathroom but will be your own. This bathroom is and will be used by everyone including guests so it WILL need to be cleaned. This room has one huge window, hard wood flooring and a little closet. Shared WiFi so you can watch tv or stream shows. We would like someone CLEAN and motivated! If you are not clean please feel free not to message me. We have had a tenant and they decided cleaning was not in their vocabulary, I am not a maid I will not clean up after you and neither will my husband. I emphasize CLEAN because when I walk by your room or bathroom I don’t want to smell your BO. I’m sorry if that seems rough. We are willing to work with the right person. Thank you

We have 1 little dog. We both work full time. My husband leaves between 6 am and 7 am. I leave at 6:30. He’s a union worker and I work at a doctors office. We’re in our 30s and have no kids in the home.
