John's room

You will have your own room while only sharing with one other person. All community areas will be shared and expected to pull your weight as far as cleaning.

I wake up super early and go to bed early therefore I need someone similar. I don’t party or go out alot. The property is always clean and the inside and out. The overall neighborhood is quiet and clean. It is a elementary and middle school (currently being build expected Fall 23) in the subdivision as well.
