Abel's room

It’s a spacious private room with own bathroom, own entrance to the house. Shared kitchen with the owners, able to use washer and dryer once a week. Wifi is included. Street parking only. No smoking allowed in the property, no drinking, no drug use. No guests allowed. Area is near by school, church, stores, clinic/hospitals, and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. It is a month to month lease, first month rent due upon moving.

We are a young couple that lives in the house with 3 dogs. My family comes to visit every so often, and we have small gatherings/parties maybe twice or three times a year. Kitchen is the only common room in the house. If renter is alone, I do not allow guests. I do not allow pets because my dogs are territorial. We ask for proof of income, workplace reference and a background check. We are looking for a clean, tidy, professional roommate.
