-I’m now seeking a roommate to share my apt room and split the rent for the foreseeable future. Moved here in early 2018 and have lived here solo since then. It’s necessary due to current economic conditions and potential socialization opportunities. -“Talise Apartments” in Mesa: First floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a second sink area, washer & dryer in unit, router for wi-fi internet, linoleum/vinyl floors (no carpet), outdoor patio, close parking spaces (not covered), close to street entrance/exit (no gates or codes), AC/Heating ventilation, Ceiling fans, pools and gym at complex. -Roommate would contribute $650-700 a month (open to discussion/compromise). My lease restarted end of March/start of April (base rent now $1,300 plus fees and taxes). Electric bill and internet bill are separate and paid by me or can be split (also can be discussed). *Available date (mid June ) is approximate. Meeting and personal tour must occur before any decisions made. *No smoking of any kind, no pets preferred (but can be discussed) -Photos provided here: views from outside or looking outside (recent), inside the apartment/rooms (2018 when I moved in).
