About the room
The house is on a nice, quiet residential area. My husband and I are empty nesters, so we are looking for a respectful and clean roommate. NO smoking, NO drugs, no pets please! No couples. Prefer no overnight guests. Nice and clean room 5 minutes away from the University of Redlands.
About the roomies
We have 1 bedroom available for rent in our Redlands home. You will have your own bathroom, in home access to kitchen with refrigerator, washer and dryer, and easy street parking in front of our house. Utilities (water, wifi, light and gas) are not included, it would be an additional $100/m. This is a month to month basis. Students are welcome. Feel free to message with any questions.
