This is a 2 br. 1 bathroom apt. The room is private and the bathroom is shared. There is street parking available right outside the building. There is laundry on the first floor and a courtyard in the back of the building. It is located in the Stadium District.

I am a 33 yo woman and prefer a female roommate. I am a billing specialist working from home for a kidney dialysis company. I love good conversation but generally, keep to myself when I’m home. I’m pretty easygoing but need a roommate who is responsible and respectful. I cook a lot but keep the kitchen clean and don’t mind if you cook a lot as well.
