Room with window. Property is nice. High curb-appeal. Gated front area which is highly soughg after. House is located in the middle of the street so there’s not too much commotion. There are older people, married heterosexual couples, young adults, and children that walk up and down the streets. It is very laid back and there is no commotion. It is close to an elementary school and a small park that has a tennis court, basketball court, and racquetball court as well as a playground for small children. Property has a nice backyard with 4 pine trees out back, a storage shed, and a playhouse so you can come home after work or when you’re bored and kick back and relax. I have a bunch of plants in the front and back as well somewhat newer as I am new to this house and the area (moved in at the end of 2020). The bathroom would be shared with somebody else but it is nice and is always clean. Room has a closet and door both work well. Windows are brand-new white vinyl done by Home Depot. Room will fit your basics, bed, desk, tv, nightstand, dresser. May get warmer or colder depending on weather.

I work more than 40 hours a week. My roommate comes and goes doesn’t have a set schedule for his job. He is a repo man and I am a CSR. I also have a side job doing food and household essentials delivery. I have been doing that for over 2 years and the CSR position I have been doing for a year and 3 months now. Roommate has had his job for longer than I have had either of mine. We are both cleanly and communicate to each other, first and foremost. We are always polite and put people first. I may be getting a new roommate to replace him though. Just depends on the situation. He has a motorcycle he usually has sitting in front of the front gate (he uses it often).
