I have two rooms available so you’d be able to choose one. You’d have your own bathroom as well. Obviously there’s only one kitchen but I don’t mind if you’d like to opt to get a mini fridge and keep in your room for more privacy…. Preferably no kids. Someone reliable that won’t miss a rent payment or be late. Employment is required to move in. The room will be unfurnished and if you’d like to use the laundry room we could arrange that as well. A written lease will be typed up for you and a security deposit would be required before moving in. If that all sounds good feel free to message me to talk more and get to know eachother :)

It’s just me for now and I have no kids or animals. I’m pretty laid back and quiet. The only time I’m out in the house is to work in my office which is in its own room so either way you wouldn’t run into me too much.
