Single occupancy, with no pets of your own? Welcome home! Our 3 bed, 3 bath home is a shared space perfect for young professionals in need of a peaceful and enjoyable place to call home. Nestled in a quiet, safe suburban paradise with easy access to the 215, close to Ikea, Southern Hills Hospital & Medical Center, as well as a myriad of diverse businesses such as grocery and restaurants. Your unfurnished bedroom is private and shares no walls with any other occupied space. Your full bathroom is also entirely your own, and recently updated for ultimate comfort. This is the perfect opportunity for a single occupant, with no pets of their own, and a full-time job outside of the home. Our home and any potential roommate is cigarette smoke free, substance abuse free, 100% child free, and drama free.

Who would you be living with? Hailey + Nico, we’re in our late twenties. We are responsible, laid back, organized and clean, and committed to a low traffic home to decompress after a long day - and expect the same from a roommate. When we aren’t working, we enjoy frequent travel (one of us works in aviation and travels for work), volunteering, the outdoors, and eating great food. Our household comes equipped with a lush, green backyard with excellent sunset views, an artisan outdoor grill, modern kitchen appliances, furnished common areas, and also well loved resident animals (dogs).
