Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment. It’s located in Rancho Peñasquitos area and located right across a Vons. Some amenities include a pool/hot tub and in unit washer and dryer! Looking for someone to move in ASAP, lease ends in November. Roomies are great, friendly and welcoming. Bathroom is shared and my roommate who shares the bathroom is clean and organized.
