Hello, I’m looking for a roommate that has a somewhat similar lifestyle as me. I live in a pretty quiet subdivision about 2 minutes off Exit 16W towards Hedgesville.

I’m looking for someone that’s clean, organized, financially stable with full time employment and doesn’t party all the time.

I have two areas I’m potentially looking to rent. I have a bedroom on the upstairs level across from my bedroom. Also right across the hall from your bathroom. I also have a finished basement that has two rooms. I’m currently undecided on that area.

The space is available whenever I find a good candidate.

Utilities would be split evenly. Currently the utilities are Electric, Water and Xfinity TV/Wi-Fi.

My name is Ryan and here’s a little about me. I work a lot, 12 hours shifts locally too Martinsburg WV. So sleep is pretty important to me. I have a pretty laid back, quiet lifestyle and like to keep a clean house. I’m super easy to get along with and keep a relatively low profile.

It’s currently just myself that lives in the home. I’m looking for 1 roommate possibly 2 as I have quite a bit of space. There would be a maximum of 3 people included me in the house.
