Large home with private space in Rogers MN. Own private entry, lower level area with 3/4 bathroom. (Main level bathroom has tub available.) One private bedroom, own private living room area, own private bathroom. Shared kitchen main level, but have an area for small appliances, fridge, microwave in your space (just no stove). Laundry is shared and is in lower level area. Off street parking may be available. Utilities included - Heat, air, water, sewer, internet. Your trash costs will be your responsibility.

One single small woman and her one single small cat. Very hard working person, looking for a non irritating 😬 person to sort of (you’ll have your own) share space with. I would say I’m non typical, and I enjoy a wide and varied range of activities, and inactivities. Art, writing, weaving, plants, books, conversations that teach me things, and growth in general. Not everything I’m into is mellow and quiet either, but my home life is pretty much. I like to ski, travel and see live music too. Chill to many things, but won’t tolerate behaviors that make my life worse. For me those would be the basics (lying, theft, violence, having crazy drugs like meth or fentanyl around, etc.) I am 420 friendly and it is my favorite, but due to my work I am not able to enjoy currently.

Would love to have a like minded person around to touch base with and I would hope we’d develop a friendship, in addition to simply house sharing.

Requiring first month, last month and deposit. Deposit can be done over 4-6 months.
