I have 1 bedroom for rent for a 1 year lease starting April 1, 2026.
The 1 bedroom is part of a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom 1440 sqft townhome. I am the owner and will also be living in the townhome. My partner and I share the master bedroom, both in early 30s, UCSD graduates, working professionals. The other 2 roommates are males both working full time, and will be the ones who you would share the bathrooms with. We do have 2 cats and 1 small dog so we do not allow anymore pets.
Bedroom: 11 x 9.5 (plus closet)
Very large kitchen and common areas with washer and dryer in unit.
No parking available but there is plenty of street parking.
Great location - very close to plaza right off the freeway with the in-N-out, Chick-fil-A, starbucks, Handels, etc.
No Pets, No smoking inside.
