Two bedrooms available in 3 bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy.

Some info about the apartment:

• The entire second floor of a detached, two floor apartment building
• kitchen (with dishwasher)
• common area
• IN UNIT washer and dryer
• 200 sq. ft. deck (private to the apartment)
• skylights in all bedrooms

All utilities are included in the rent. A cleaner will come once a month to clean the common areas of the apartment (also included in the apartment).

The apartment is in a great area of Brooklyn. It’s right in the middle of Brooklyn making it very easy to go north to Williamsburg/Bushwick or West to Downtown Brooklyn. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

I want the apartment to be comfortable for everyone. Everyone should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves and be respectful to the others. You would certainly be welcome to have friends over if you choose to live here (especially to enjoy our deck in the summer).

I’m a 27 year old programmer who has lived in the apartment for over a year. I work on a hybrid in office/remote schedule. I really like gardening on the private deck and am really looking forward to improving it for the coming summer. I also like cooking, watching movies and reading.
