UPDATE: I forgot I had this posted- but per my property management, subleasing is not allowed. However, upon approval of background and credit check, roommates/multiple tenants are allowed.

I will be away until later this year (around July/August) and am considering renting my space. Even after returning, I’ll be leaving again right after- The area is right on the cusp of otr brewery district, with buses and the train right outside. If you’re also a travel healthcare worker, this is right around the corner from all the major hospitals- and less than half an hour from the suburban ones. Everything is included. No pets preferably. The building is technically cat friendly, but I am also technically very allergic. Ask away about any specific questions. Will set up a proper video chat to meet before renting out.

In my full time job, I am a travel sterile processing technician. I am going away on a mission trip abroad for a few months.
