South Ames Street

Hello everyone, My boyfriend and I have a room for rent in our basement. It’s a 4 bedroom house off Sheridan and Florida. A big back yard with a concrete patio, and this summer as an on fixing it up, putting grass out there, as well as planting vegetables, pumpkins, watermelon etc. The nice thing about this location is it’s close to everything, king Soopers and dollar general, many fast food restaurants and gas stations etc. Less than 10 mins from belmar, and a short drive to 6th Ave/I25

My boyfriend and I have a 7 year old daughter. My boyfriend and I live here 7 days a week along with a really long time friend of ours. Our 7 year old goes to school all the way in Brighton so she Is only with us on the weekends and breaks as of now until summer comes along. We are all pretty open minded individuals, and we often try to stay out of other people’s businesses and lives as long as it isn’t effecting ours in a bad way. We are 420 friendly, LBGTQ friendly etc. My boyfriend and our friend both work during the day and I Work over nights so my schedule is a little weird so I apologize if you hear me walking around in the early morning or on my days off in the middle of the night.
