V Street

Looking for a Roommate for $750/mo + half of the utilities. It’s a duplex, and I live in the back half, it has a backyard. It’s located right behind the UCD Hospital in a pretty safe neighborhood. This will only be for 6 months (maybe longer if everything goes well). There is no lease (month to month), so you can decide to move whenever without penalty. It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The room has a desk in it, but if you do not want it there, it can be moved. I can also put my queen-sized futon in there if you don’t want to buy a bed.

I have 2 big dogs, and they bark at people they don’t know, so they will take some getting used to. The bedrooms are decent-sized (my room is the same size as yours). The place is $1950/mo., I’m taking on the bulk of the rent because the house contains my furniture in the living room, and my dogs will more than likely be in the living room while I am at work.

I’m a paralegal and will start working remotely in May or June, but for now, I’m out of the house from 8:00 AM-5:30 PM. On occasion, I will be out of the house even longer because I’m a full-time student at Sac State. I don’t mind if you smoke, as long as it’s in the backyard. If you want to have people over, please ensure they aren’t scared of dogs. I’m not concerned about who you bring to your room as long as it doesn’t cause a disruption in the household (crazy fights between couples lol). If you want to bring a group over to hang out all around the house, please check in with me about it first (if it’s in your room, then IDC).
