Private room, South Jersey in quiet neighborhood. Close too Philly, but not too close. Washer/dryer, central air, individually controlled room heating, swimming pool, plenty of parking, large kitchen, pool table, lots of storage space, etc… Rent can be negotiated, we aren’t trying to get rich and we both know how tough it is. Furnishings can be provided if needed or can be empty and ready for your belongings. Prefer ladies or LGBTQ roommate or a male couple. Sorry, but no single gents.

Married couple, middle aged. Male is a retired engineer, female works nights as a RN. Drama free, laid back atmosphere. Lots of backyard grilling in warm weather, with just the two of us, sometimes a friend may stop by.
