This is a room for rent in a 3-bedroom shared house. You get a private bedroom that is 9x11 sq ft upstairs with a walk-in closet. The bedroom has an adjacent shared bathroom. There is another bathroom downstairs for visitors too.
The prices includes all utilities and internet. The house is located off of East Vine and near I-25. The common areas of the house are furnished.
I am looking for a roommate that is considerate and neat around the house and appreciates a friendly home environment. No pets. No cigarette smoking.

About Cory: He is a young professional who is friendly and respectful. He likes the outdoors and a good HBO show too. Cory is low key and likes to play computer games. He has a friendly German Shepard named Lola. She gets a little excited sometimes but is very well behaved.
