About the room
We have a very safe, well managed, super clean and fully serviced home in Tampa. A private room is offered in our stylish refurbished 5/3 home. Shared CLEAN bathroom with toilet, shower and a tub. Brand new AC. High speed internet, modern appliances and communal kitchen and living areas. We have a cleaner once every other week and we are a quiet, drama free comfortable home with great access to Tampa areas. Minutes to I75, Busch Gardens, USF. All utilities are included in the one monthly fee.
About the roomies
If you are a student, professional or traveling to Tampa for work or pleasure we offer one year. Shorter duration is offered at a premium (but less than an Airbnb) Perfect for working nomads- you just need your laptop and suitcase. Each room has a comfortable bed, desk, streaming TV and darkening curtains for great sleep. We are very safe, drama free and ask that the house remain clean and tidy for all other guests enjoyment.
