This is a pleasant 3BR, 1&1/2 baths, side-by-side duplex with 1 car off street parking in downtown Manchester. We have all hardwood floors, a basement and attic for storage. Rental fee includes Wifi and utilities.

We are a mother and daughter with a small, hyperallergic dog occupying. We both work full time and expect the same for the third roomie. We’re seeking a quiet, clean and responsible female only to rent out the 3rd bedroom.
