Nick's room

The home is located in Pooler less than a mile off of I-16. Within half a mile, there is a Publix, Chick-Fil-A, Parkers, Starbucks, and Costco. It is 1842 sq ft townhome that has 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom house. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom attached. The third bedroom is attached to its own bathroom that is also the laundry room. There is a small screened porched and a paved back yard. There are two parking spaces out front as well as a two car garage in the rear. The deposit can be paid in monthly installments included in rent. All utilities are included in rent except internet and cable.

My name is Nick and I am 26. I will be moving back into the home (family owned) on April 1. I work a decent amount- some from home, some from downtown Savannah. I am easy going, love sports, and movies. Sometimes my girlfriend will stay with me, others at her home. She is 24 and works from home.
