I’m putting my second bedroom up for rent for $900 and we’ll split the utilities. It is partially furnished with a bed and tv stand. Medium sized closet and has a ceiling fan. You’ll have your own bathroom. There are two balconies which are both private. Laundry in unit. My place is across the street from the beach and down the street from the base in east beach which would be great for someone in the military. No smoking or pets. My neighbors are nosey so no one who brings a lot of attention or drama.

I’m 34, have no kids and don’t smoke. I do drink but not too regularly and like to go out from time to time to have a good time. I’m very down to earth, like cleanliness and am respectful so I’d like someone who is the same way. It’s important that the person be trustworthy.
