Front hall closet is being used as a giant pantry.

Unit is furnished with living room furniture and a large, flat-screen TV, a dining set, grill and many kitchen small appliances and equipment. Tenant provides their own bedroom furniture.

Rent is $800 a month and includes a monthly professional cleaning! Tenant pays utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, high-speed internet with wifi, which ranged from $120-$193 per month last year depending on the season).

Landlord is a licensed Realtor in the state of Kentucky and is the parent of current resident.

Resident is a 2nd year Dental School student. He is personable, friendly and easy to get along with. He cooks for himself 3x day, so a roommate who keeps the kitchen clean is a must.
