Bedroom for rent in a nice little complex in a good neighborhood. Looking for someone around 18-26. The apartment has a pool during the summer, a parking lot in between the buildings, not easily visible from the street. You will need to sign on to the lease but will have the option to leave at any point with no penalty. I’m asking $775 per month, includes all utilities. (If you’re running something that causes excessive power usage I’ll ask to chip in a bit) Just pay me personally and I take care of the actual bills. There is Comcast internet here and I have a flatscreen TV with some old game consoles hooked up to it. Kitchen has the basic appliances as well as a toaster, hot pot, can opener, microwave, blender, utensils and various basic cookware available for your use. Most of the strange extra furniture visible in the photos will be gone very soon. If you want to bring an animal here you will be responsible for the pet deposit and monthly fee. Would prefer no large dogs or poorly behaved animals. I’m a huge sucker for kitties though. Smoking isn’t allowed in the building but you can smoke outside. I don’t usually do loud phone calls or watch loud videos/movies but it doesn’t bother me in the slightest if you’re up gaming or something at night as long as it doesn’t hit noise complaint levels.

I’m 20, moved to Colorado Springs in August from the foothills around Conifer to the northwest of here. I’m a full time Uber Eats driver currently so I’m gone a lot. I love working on my cars and chatting about whatever’s going on. I’m not an anal clean freak by any means but I do my best not to leave a gross mess around and would ask the same in return. I’m fully vaccinated for COVID (and everything else), I support LGBT rights and would like to find someone who agrees on that but I’m not the type to get in crazy political debates.
