Zinat's room

I have a 4 bedroom house in the Dominican Heights in San Rafael. I am renting the primer bedroom. The bedroom is all nicely furnished, with a private entrance and bathroom and shower. An efficiency kitchen with a fridge , microwave and cabinets. A small patio with furniture. It’s ideal for a student, or someone who work outside of the house.

The room is totally private. I live in the main house. I would rather to rent the room to one responsible, quiet person, a student is preferred. No smoking, no loud music or party or guests.
