RENT WILL BE SPLIT AND DISCUSSED, ONLY UTILITY NOT INCLUDED IS ELECTRIC The apartment is a two bed/ two bath luxury apartment. I am occupying the master bedroom, but you’ll have the option for the second bedroom and bath. It has a huge walk-in closet and the bedroom is pretty spacious. The bathroom is by itself, however, it will be yours. It’s also very spacious! The apartment is on the fourth floor and has a nice balcony! The kitchen is nice and comes with a dishwasher! The apartment also comes with a washer/dryer and internet!

It is just me. My name is Shay and I’m a full-time student and worker. I am have a strong relationship with God, so while I’ll never make you uncomfortable about it, I want to be upfront about it. I have no pets and would prefer you to not have any as well. I’m hardly home, but when I am and am winding down, I like to relax and watch movies and read.
