No smoking, party, pets, or drug please. We have a private master bedroom in a house in Fountain Valley, near Magnolia and Warner 405 exit. The private master includes a private bathroom, private entrance, parking on driveway, a private small yard. All Utilities (water, trash, electricity, internet) included. The master bedroom is not connected to the main house. Very quiet neighborhood. The room has a microwave, fridge, and a small stove. The house has easy access to public transportation, local shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Close to the beaches, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, UCI, OCC, John Wayne Airport, Southcoast Plaza, 405 freeway exits. Amenities within 1 mile: Aldi (2 blocks), Starbucks (2 blocks) 405 freeway entrance and exits, Sprouts, Starbucks, 7 Leaves Amenities within 2 miles: coin laundry, Crunch Fitness, Memorial Care, Ralphs, Target, Walmart, Sams Clubs, Miles Square Park. Amenities within 3 miles: Central Park, Trader Joes, Bella Terra, Costco, Fountain Valley Regional Hospital. We are only 5.5 miles to the beach. The place is available to move in.
