I have 1 FURNISHED room to rent in a 3bed/2bath top floor condo unit with private rooftop. The room has a queen bed, desk and good-sized closet. Your roommate is the owner of the unit. He works from home and uses the other bedroom as a home office. You will have your own bathroom across from the bedroom.

$1,200. All utilities and Wi-Fi included. In-unit washer/dryer. Owner has a sweet mixed breed 50lb dog.

Permitted parking in front of building OR free parking on Halsted.

The owner is in his mid 20’s and travels for work frequently for days/weeks at a time. During this time his girlfriend will be here to care for the dog. I had a wonderful experience living here – he treats you as if his place is as much yours at it is his. I am leaving because I’m getting a puppy and am moving into a house with a fenced yard.

This is a very nice place – the owner will be very particular about who he rents to. Must be a good fit.
