Vee's room

This room is one of 3 in a 2 bath house. I am the home owner so no property management to deal with. Home is fully furnished to include kitchen and has washer and dryer. Home sits on over an acre with plenty of parking for vehicles. Home has woodburning stove that is used in the winter months with electric backup. Front porch deck is fully equipped with BBQ grill and fireplace table for outdoor dinning. The home is set in a wooden neighborhood with wildlife that roams free. There are plans to put in a vegetable garden this year so if you have a desire or skill that’s a plus. Home is just under 5 mile from Old Mills, 27 miles from Mt. Bachelor, only 8 miles from downtown, only 2 miles from convenience store and less than 3 to restaurants and grocery store. Home does have existing pets so you must be cat and dog friendly as the free roam the house. Ideally looking for individual person but “may” be willing to consider a couple with higher rent. Looking for someone that is mature, respectful, no drama, doesn’t drink excessively or use hard drugs. You must be clean and tidy and keep common spaces and bathroom clean. Someone that is lgbtq+ or ally and must be respectful of others and space.

I’m a cis female in my 40s that is a fulltime working professional that works from home. I enjoy live music, dancing, cooking, baking comedy, hiking, SUP, camping and avid DIYer. I’ve remodeled the kitchen and some other areas of the house. I love doing projects around the house and plan on doing a vegetable garden this year. I’m happy to occasionally socialize if the vibe is right; however, I do need my alone time and personal space. Home environment is very chill, calm, quiet, no drama and very respectful of each others space.
