Waqar's room

There are 2 rooms available on the second floor. The home offers a very spacious backyard. The home is conveniently located near many restaurants, super markets, business, and Austin Community College. The rent is month to month. After the first month if we both see each other as a good fit we can set up a longer term.

I live in the bedroom downstairs. I work during the days and travel a lot. I do not spend much time in the home. I mainly spend time at the house at night to sleep. I am very clean and not noisy. I am a very active person. I enjoy sports and working out. Currently there is one tenant upstairs who is similar to me.
